Features
Pros and Cons
"Constitution Park" Fort Lee NJ
I only saw metered parking ($0.25 per 7 minutes), so I think there are better parks to drive to. However, if you live in the area or are on a bicycle, it is definitely worth your time. The paved walkway is great for active recoveries inbetween sets at the main workout station. There are also small workout stations scattered along the walkway.
Features
Unique workout structure offering monkey bars, ladder, two pull up bars, many step platforms, great dip bars (tall and medium), backboards for wall ball, ab benches
Pros and Cons
Pros: Nice neighborhood, feels like Central Park in NYC as you are surrounded by tall buildings. Decently maintained bathroom. In downtown, so quick to squeeze in a workout while doing other errands.
Cons: Parking costs money. No other real cons except the pull up bars are also not my style.
