I started my fitness journey at 19 years old (I'm 36), my second year of college at Montclair State University. I was 50 pounds overweight, unhealthy and didn't know what to do, but I was seriously motivated. After a couple of years, I achieved muscles and abs but I neglected some muscle groups and also wasn't flexible at all. I then had to learn how to fix that and was pleasantly surprised to learn that mobility and flexibility can be trained just like muscles can. My style of training is a result of my 15+ years of fitness experience growing muscle, losing 50 pounds of fat, finally getting abs, and also fixing decades of neglect of my major joints and muscle imbalances.
